“I thought I’d come for just a few hours of work – but I ended up staying all day.”

At first, I was simply looking for a quiet place to work for a few focused hours. I wasn’t expecting much – just Wi-Fi, a desk, and a good coffee. But what I found at the Cocoon Creative Hub at Theresienwiese was much more than that: a place where you actually enjoy working. And staying.

The Creative Hub at Cocoon Theresienwiese is bright, quiet, and somehow different. It doesn’t feel like a typical co-working space, but more like a well-thought-out retreat in the middle of the city. Large windows let in plenty of light, the glass façade offers a view all the way to the Theresienwiese – and there are plants everywhere. No sterile office vibe, but rather a relaxed, creative atmosphere.

I picked a spot at the Focus Desk. It was quiet, nobody disturbed me, and the Wi-Fi was stable – for me, the perfect setting to work with full concentration.

A short break with a view

After a few hours, I headed up to the Sundeck for a break. The rooftop belongs to the Creative Hub and offers a view over Munich’s rooftops. Fresh air, coffee in hand, sun on my face – pure bliss.

Flexible & well thought-out

What I especially like is that you can not only book individual workstations here, but also retreat spaces like the Focus Box for smaller meetings or calls. There’s even a large meeting room – the Strategy Room – for up to twelve people. Modern, quiet, and filled with natural light. Perfect for team workshops or small events.

Conclusion: Productive, relaxed, and well designed

In the end, I stayed longer than planned – and honestly wouldn’t have minded staying even longer. For me, the Creative Hub at Cocoon is a true alternative to the home office or crowded cafés. Especially if you also want the chance to just take a breath now and then.
