What to expect – technical equipment
The Cocoon Almhütte in our hotel at Munich Central Station is available for a full day, half day or just a few hours of meeting. For highest productivity and coziness, the number of persons is limited to a maximum of 10 – be productive. The following technical equipment is included when booking our seminar and meeting room: Beamer, WLAN, HDMI dongle, Presentation case, Flipchart with paper. If you need additional technical equipment, please contact us.

Our Cocoon Do-it-Yourself Package offers you a rich ham and cheese platter, accompanied by various spreads and fresh baguettes. We also serve sweet snacks and a seasonal fruit basket. A water flat rate (still/sparkling) as well as orange and multivitamin juice, rounded off by a selection of coffee and tea specialties, ensures refreshment – all conveniently available for self-service in the room. (€27.90 per person) - Cocoon Coffee Dreams Package:
We will pamper you with a break that includes sweet snacks and a wide selection of drinks, all tailored to your individual needs. The Coffee Dreams package offers a standard water flat rate (still/sparkling), orange and multivitamin juice, as well as a delicious selection of coffee and tea specialties – rounded off by a sweet coffee break that we will serve you in the room by prior arrangement. (€17.90 per person) - Cocoon Stay hydrated Flatrate:
Stay refreshed and focused with our Stay hydrated package, which offers a selection of drinks. In addition to a water flat rate (still/sparkling), it includes orange and multivitamin juice, as well as a selection of coffees and teas – conveniently for self-service in the room or in the hotel. (€12.90 per person)

Location & directions to the meeting room near Munich Central Station
Our conference room at Cocoon Hauptbahnhof at Mittererstraße 9, 80336 Munich, is just a few minutes’ walk from Munich Central Station, making it ideal for those arriving by train. For those arriving by public transport, the underground lines U1 and U2 and the S-Bahn lines are available, which lead directly to the main station.
Also, the tram lines 16 and 17 stop nearby. Those arriving by car will find public parking in the area. Munich Airport is about 40 minutes away by S-Bahn and offers a convenient connection for international guests.
